BROILED TILAPIA FILLETS FOR DIABETICS
As my doctor has said,even diabetic, my meal should not be bland. Here is a recipe for broiled fish. INGREDIENTS 2 lbs. fish fillets 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup oyster sauce 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Combine pineapple juice, oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Place the fillets in a shallow dish in one layer. Pour the combined ingredients over fish. Let stand for one hour turning once after 30 minutes. Spray a shallow broiler pan with PAM and put the fillets brushing the top with the sauce. Broil about five minutes. Turn carefully and brush with sauce.
